The staff and new manager were fantastic. Breakfasts were superb and room very comfortable.

Had a perfect stay during this 13 day vacation. In overall the room was large and with a fireplace with a candle inside. Location: the hotel was very close to the hiking trails and Glencoe House from the south.

Our room was lovely with a stunning view and comfortable beds. The food was lovely and the atmosphere was warm and informal.
The only negative, and we didn't really mind, but the shower room was tiny and the shower itself was a slightly weak electric one.

Friendly staff Great location
No clock or telephone in the room. Bedroom upstair - don't remember being told that in advertising stuff.

The location was beautiful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Glencoe Folk Museum. And it was 10 minutes on foot from the downtown. The breakfast was luxury and had a lot of options.

we thought the hotel was great for location, value, comfort and friendliness, it felt relaxed and a home from home, nigel and his staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for you, there was a very good selection for breakfast, and the evening menu (very tasty) had something for everyone. i checked out this hotel on Booked.net and was impressed with the comments, we would happily book this hotel again, when we return to this area

Very inflexible. We wished an early breakfast - 7 am - and this wasn't possible. Breakfasts didn't start until 0745 although she did say she could possibly manage 0730. Ridiculous that a hotel in an area with hillwalking doesn't serve early breakfasts - most people would want an early start I presume. So 4 breakfasts paid for in room rate & not got. Evening meal was distinctly average. For the prices charged I would have expected a much higher standard.

Fine views and a hot tub treat!
This place was a dream! My room was huge, complete with a hot tub where I could chill out and enjoy the sunset. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch too, but I wish the Wi-Fi was stronger. Such a perfect getaway!

The hotel staff were fantastic and we were made feel extremely welcome by Nigel, the manager, in particular. Nothing was too much trouble and it's the best customer service I have had in a long time in Scotland. Lovely breakfast with a large choice.
No shower in the room only a bath.

Ive never been to such a welcoming hotel. The owner and the staff couldn't have been any more attentive to myself and my family. We are looking forward to our next visit in, hopefully, the near future.

It was a lovely little hotel. We stayed only for one night so didn't get to see much of the surrounding are. But it looked like there are a few walking trails not far from the hotel. Breakfast was a little expensive for what you actually got, I would look around for an alternative restaurant/ bar All in all room was lovely, staff were fantastic and very funny.
